If you have the background and
expertise in the following areas, we are looking for
professionals to join our development team.
• Certified Planner
• Certified Agronomist
• Licensed Engineer
• Certified Crop Advisor (CCA)
• Knowledge of animal production in one or more of
these areas: swine, beef, dairy, or poultry
• Some professional affiliation, advanced education
beyond high school, or 5 plus years experience
in the environmental or agriculture industry
• Computer Skills/Knowledge Requirements

• Prior Training Commitment:
- Distance Learning opportunities prior to attending
prior to attending training class to become
familiar with a laptop computer and software.
This
includes:
- AFOPro
- AWM
- On-Line Resume
- Computer Skills Tutorial
• Classroom Training
- A 4-day, hands on training learning the EMS
process to develop a CNMP. A Sample Exercise
is completed in order to acquire a CNMP Plan
Development -Total Plan certificate for completing
the course. This certificate is nationally
recognized as an NRCS Technical Service Provider
certification
• On-Site Field Training
- A 3-day experience putting the classroom training
to the test and developing a CNMP on a farm.
When successfully completed by the trainee and
reviewed by EMS, LLC,
a CNMP Plan Approval
certificate, will be issued. This certificate in
nationally recognized as an NRCS Technical
Service Provider certification.
Interested applicants must also agree to comply with
the EMS, LLC
protocol for a Professional EMS,
LLC Contractor.
