EMS, LLC consistently monitors state requirements to be sure their clients have all of the necessary data in their NMP or CNMP. In addition, ongoing court challenges to EPA CAFO rules mean frequent changes. EMS, LLC watches for these changes and makes sure their clients’ plans are current, accurate, and fulfill requirements. In March this year, for example, a court challenged resulted in a change stating that confinement buildings are not CAFOs.
